Employment Fair
The Toulouse INP-ENSIACET Employment fair is a special day dedicated to the school's engineering students. It encourages the students to exchange with professionals and school alumni working in the matter transformation and energy sectors of activity.
The employment fair is an important step in the definition of the professional project of engineering students. For the companies, it is the opportunity to meet their future collaborators and to promote their activities, values and expertise.
A triple interest “students/industrialists/alumni”
For the students:
The Employment fair is a privileged moment between students and public and private sectors of the field of matter and energy transformation. It enables students to better understand the sector as a whole and to assess their different prospects. This fair offers the future engineers a valued aid and an enriching experience for the construction of their professional career. It is also the opportunity to find an internship or their first job.
For the professionals:
It is an occasion to meet their future interns or collaborators, especially through job or internship interviews. The fair is also an opportunity for professionnals to meet the teachers and discover the courses and teachings of Toulouse INP-ENSIACET, as well as the high-level research platform that the school represents. Moreover, this enables them to promote their activities, values and expertise.
For the alumni:
Each year, over 100 alumni take part in the Employment fair. It is a place to share their professional career, to support the engineering students in the definition of their professional project and to develop their network. To them, the fair represents an excellent chance to develop their network and they may even find new co-workers.
Activities to establish solid links
Encounters and exchanges of experiences
Toulouse INP-ENSIACET Alumni come to tell about their professional career and job to the students, linked with a specific thematic chosen by the students. Those encounters are organised by engineering students and/or research faculty members of the school.
The companies' presentations
Stand organisation:
A 4m2 area (with tables, chairs, display board) is allocated to each exhibitor. All day long, professionals can introduce their enterprise on this stand. Students often appreciate exchanging with those professionals, and interactions are especially active.
Institutional presentations:
The professionals are given the possibility to present a more formal presentation of their enterprise to the students if they want to.

This event is organised by the Communication and Industrial Relations office, working with the AIA7 (the Association of Toulouse INP-ENSIACET Alumni), the 2020 sponsorship students team (ALTRAN), and FA7 (the "junior enterprise" of the school).
Pre-registration
The 9th Employment fair edition pre-registration will be open in June 2019 The Employment faire will take place on the 15th of November 2019.
